Bitby is developed and operated by Mykhailo Skovorodin, an individual developer based in Ukraine, operating under the Mriya Forge studio. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bitby iOS application and any related services.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bitby on your Apple devices, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
Creating an account is optional. You can use Bitby without signing in — your data will be stored on your device only.
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately at support.bitby@mriyaforge.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bitby offers a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited tasks and full AI features. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
Bitby uses Google Gemini to provide AI-powered task breakdowns. When you use this feature, the title of your task and your selected ADHD challenge categories are sent to Google's servers to generate a response.
You agree to use Bitby only for lawful personal productivity purposes. You must not:
Bitby is a productivity tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any other medical or mental health condition. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. The ADHD-related features are designed solely to help you organize tasks — not to replace professional medical consultation.
If you have concerns about ADHD or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Bitby, the Mriya Forge name, logo, and all content within the app are owned by Mykhailo Skovorodin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your task content remains yours — we do not claim ownership over data you create in the app.
Bitby is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mykhailo Skovorodin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Bitby, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of productivity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bitby at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. If you have an account, you can delete all your data via Settings → Delete Account.
Bitby is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Bitby. In the event of any failure of Bitby to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Bitby.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We will always attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Apple handles all billing disputes — refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Bitby after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
